Cancellation and Refund
First, we thank you and appreciate your purchase with us.
We offer a 07-day return and cancellation policy from your final delivery date. However, we don't provide any return or refund for the order of living plants.
Please read the policies, terms, conditions, and process. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in our approach, they will give you essential information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customers concerning any purchase you make through us.
If the seller does not ship the order for any reason, unavoidable circumstances, or beyond the limitations of the merchants, then the order shall be cancelled and refunded.
If the order/product is delivered and cancelled due to defective products, delivery of the wrong products, partial product, etc., the refund is processed.
1. INCORRECT OR DAMAGED GOODS
If a user is not satisfied with the quality of the product or has received the wrong product, we shall replace the product with the same product. The User can send an email with a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the shipping container to admin@agritell.com with the following in the body of the email:
a) Your order number
b) The shipping ID or item number
c) A brief description of the reason for the return
d) Tell us whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund.
The buyer must register the refund/replacement claim within 07 days of receiving the product. You can raise a complaint by sending an email to admin@agritell.com.
Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under process.
If you select a refund, you will be refunded the total cost of the item but the delivery cost. If a mistake is made by us while packing the wrong products, we the cost of delivery we bear.
2. PACKAGING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN
To return an item, please pack all the products in the original packet and wrap them so all the packet sides are covered.
The shipping label must have the same name, postal address, and telephone number, as well as your order number, shipping ID, and item number. We encourage you also to include a brief description of the reason for the return.
The clients will ship the packet at their own cost. The User will be bearing the cost of shipping for returning the items.

As the Nation is going through a very crucial situation due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we keep ourselves, our family members and relatives, children and old age persons, and the community's safety first. So we request you kindly comply with all the safety measures that the local Govt body instructed occasionally.
Within this safe environment, you will pack the products in the same packet/container and ship them through any couriers.
3. Cancellation
We give you a seven-day return and cancellation policy from the date of final delivery. However, we don't give any order cancellations in case of living plant orders.
There are the following three stages that you might fall into.
- After you immediately place an order and before we ship, you may cancel the order without any charge. For immediate cancellation, kindly send us an email to admin@agritell.com.
- After shipping the products, the packet is in transit. If you want to cancel the order, email admin@agritell.com first. We will return the package from courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, and Agritell Shipping and initiate the cancellation process. Once the packet has returned, we will notify you on the same email used when placing an order. We will refund the amount immediately after deducting the shipping cost to the same mode/account through which you made the payment during order placement.
- After delivering the packet(s) to you, if you want to cancel, email the first cancellation request to email admin@agritell.com. Then, after you get the confirmation email from us, you will send the packet(s) as early as possible through any couriers to our warehouse address.

Once the packet has returned, we will notify you on the same email used when placing an order. We will refund the amount immediately after deducting the shipping cost to the same mode/account through which you made the payment during order placement.
The Company, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s):
a. if it suspects a customer has undertaken a fraudulent transaction or
b. if it suspects a customer has made a transaction which is not under the Terms of Use, or
c. in case of unavailability of a product, or
d. for any reason outside the Company's control, including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties.
e. if the Company does not want to do business with the User
Further, while all measures are taken to ensure the accuracy of product specifications and pricing, the details of a product, as reflected on the Website, may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the Company by a supplier and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such an event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money you may have paid towards purchasing such products.
We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
4. REFUND
Refunds will be issued by the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction; therefore, you will not incur any fees due to such a return. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Once we receive the goods or have received the tracking information of the returned item from you, we will process the refund amount to your bank account, credit card, online wallet, etc., after deducting the shipping charges, if any. We typically issue your refund within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the package from our end.
If you don't get the refunded amount within seven days from the date of intimation, kindly let us know again by emailing admin@agritell.com.
5. EXCHANGE
We don't have an exchange policy except for the mistake we made during the product handling for the shipping. So kindly remember that before paying and placing an order, recheck all the products repeatedly.
If we deliver the mismatched, defective, or expired product(s), we will ship the same product(s) subject to availability in our stock.
In that case, first, you will let us know about this issue on admin@agritell.com, and second, you will ship this product(s) back to us through any courier to the following address.

After getting your email, we will check our stock and let you know the product availability. At this point, you will wait until we receive the returned products at our end. After receiving the product, we will deliver it again within 24 hours if the exact item(s) are available in our stock. Otherwise, we will refund the purchase price of the same thing (s) to the account from which you purchased.
You need to pay the shipping cost of the returned item(s) first. After receiving the products, we will pay back the shipping cost to you to the same mode/account through which you paid, along with the refund amount (if any). The exchange of the product is solely at the discretion of the Company.

6. SHIPPING Policies

- Our Shipping Partners are Delhivery and Agritell Shipping.
- Shipping charges depend upon the total order value of your order.
- We will ship the products within 24 hours after receiving the order(s) except for Sundays, and local and national holidays. The effects would be delivered in 7-8 days.
- In the case of living plants: The shipping will be done after three days of processing time, and the products will be delivered in 10-15 days.
- The shipping might be impacted due to natural calamities.
- The products would be delivered in 7-8 days.
- We will send the tracking link to the registered email ID and mobile number immediately after fulfilment. Using this link, you can see the courier name, tracking number, expected date of delivery, and exact location of the packet(s).
- You can track your order using the confirmation link you received in your registered email. Kindly use the correct email to get updated order-related information, including shipping. See this video.

- We took paid shipping/ delivery services from third-party logistics companies. They will do this shipping. We may change the third logistics company at our end without any notification.
- Delivery could take a little longer for remote locations and depend on the third-party logistics company’s policies.
- Orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours, the minimum time taken to prepare the order. However, for the order of the living plants, we will take at least three days to process the orders.
- The Company cannot be held liable if, in a case, there is any delay in dispatching the order due to an unforeseen circumstance.
- Delivery time may vary based on the type of products that are purchased.
- All orders will be delivered to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
- Products will ship every day except Sundays, public holidays, or during non-working hours.
- Users are requested to enter the correct billing address, as it appears on Govt. approved documents or your bank or credit card statement.
- The client must give only one correct mobile number so that you will get all the delivery-related SMS timely. The delivery boys will contact you successfully at the time of final delivery.
- If the address proof does not match the billing address you provided when placing an order, you will not get this order, as the delivery boys check the address proof if any complaint arises.
- If any disputes are raised at the time of delivery, we will be here to help you. The order(s) may also be verified further by our customer experience team.
- Ensure also to enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, landmark, City, State, and Pin code), as we are not liable for the package(s) delivered to the wrong address.
- If the order has not been delivered and returned due to Your unavailability, You will be liable to pay the charges for re-delivering the product to You.
- The Company/Website does not track shipments or follow up with third-party logistics companies. We have partnered with them.

Application Method

Directions for use
